I don’t know if I would refer to Discourse as ‘forum’ since Freshdesk has Forums. It may confuse people (or just me!) in the early stages.
A few times there has been a note at the bottom of a discussion thread that says there is one unread topic remaining, but when I click on the highlighted message, it says, “you have no unread notes”. ?!?
The formatting when entering text leaves a lot to be desired. It’s more of a slack-style chat than entering substantial information. The bulleted list doesn’t have an indentation feature?
- It’s weird because it says “List item” that I must highlight to type over. It’s already highlighted, but if you just start then typing, then it removes the text along with the bullet!
- When I press the tab key, it moves the cursor to set on Reply instead of indenting the bullet
